I remember as if it were yesterday the moment I picked up my first pencil and decided to make a mark on a piece of paper...
And it’s not because I have a great memory, but because this happened just four months ago!
It was like entering an unknown and mysterious world, because honestly, I had no idea what to do with the pencil in my hand!
I felt like an astronaut on their first trip to space, except instead of floating in zero gravity, I was facing a blank canvas. And believe me, there was no instruction manual for this. No one had prepared me for the challenge of facing a simple pencil!
At 42 years old, I found myself immersed in a life where creativity was an impossible and unknown territory. I never thought I had a creative bone in my body!
I faced, and continue to face, my own fears and doubts, fighting against the inner voice that told me I wasn’t creative enough.
The transformation I experienced as a creative person was profound and significant.
I discovered a new way of understanding life, where creativity became my guide and constant companion.
It taught me to see the world with new eyes, to find beauty in the ordinary, and to embrace uncertainty as part of the creative process.
To use creativity as my best ally to solve problems, to calm my racing mind, and also to let my inner child be curious and free.
Today, I am building my career as a Creative Soul Coach, following my heart and focusing on what I enjoy the most: seeing your smile and watching you spread your wings to reach your dreams.

With 14 years of experience as a coach trainer in a multinational company, I have a profound passion for teaching the art of coaching in a creative way, enabling others to discover their potential and reach their goals.
When I’m not immersed in the world of coaching and mentoring, I enjoy my role as a mother of two young children, who constantly inspire me with their revolutionary energy and boundless curiosity.
My painting style is a fusion of abstraction and figuration, using mixed media to express the emotions I experience daily. My works are a visual narrative, a way to clarify my feelings and convey them through colors, expressions, and gestures.
I hope you take my story as a reminder that it is never too late to follow our dreams and that true creativity resides within each of us, waiting to be discovered.
