Gmail, and especially Hotmail/Outlook, have reinforced their security, and since this is the first time I’m writing to you, it could happen that my message is sent to the SPAM folder.

To avoid this, you’ll now have received an automated email from me thanking you.

If you got the notification and see it in your inbox, great! I just need you to open it so Gmail or Hotmail/Outlook can see that I’m trustworthy. You can also add me to your contact list if you want to be 100% sure you receive my message.

If you haven’t received it, check your SPAM folder. And now:

• If you’re in GMAIL: You’ll see a grey warning with a button that says ‘Not spam’. Click it, and my message will be taken to your inbox.
  
  
• If you are in HOTMAIL/OUTLOOK: Go to ‘Settings > Mail > Accounts > Block or Allow’. Select ‘automatically filter spam’. And under ‘safe senders and recipients’ enter my email address ‘isabel.barrios.rios@gmail.com’.
